Shipping Policy
We ask our customers to be reasonable and realistic with their shipping expectation. They must be patient, especially when the
order is only one item with normal delivery option, unless it is in close proximity to where the item/s is purchased. Customers who want their item/s be delivered quicker should consider using private delivery companies such as UPS OR UBS, etc. We will not refund impatient customers once their item/s is shipped. Custom clearance is customer's responsibility. But we will always assist our customers with tracking number to keep track of their item/s until delivered successfully.
Refund Policy
Customers must return item/s in orderly manner before we can refund payment. Refunds can also be made if the item the customer wanted is out of stock unless the customer is willing to wait until the item is available.
