Shipping

For the European and American countries shipping normally takes 7 to 21 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks, unless there is any eventuality beyond our control (such as the bad weather). Other countries and regions usually takes 30-60 days to deliver. Please contact our customer service, we will help you resolve any problem about delivery.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyers responsibility.

Return & Refund

About refund & dispute
1. According to our policy, we will make full refund to you if you do not recive your goods after 60 days shipping time ( Brazil is 90 days), Any problem, please contact with us and we will do our best to solve the problem.
2. For customized size, there is no refund.

About colors

The usual question often asked by some customers is whether the dress colour is pure white – no it is not, the closest to it is ivory white. Please bear that in mind when placing your order. Thank you.
